Our electroless nickel plating range can be applied to various substrates providing RFI shielding. The ability to offer these properties in combination with corrosion protection allows us to treat components that can be used in hostile environments.

Surface Technology's ability to apply both their knowledge to ability to combine a mixture coat systems resulted in a duplex coating allowing Military computer housings to be manufacture in light weight aluminum. A base layer of electroless nickel was applied to provide RFI shielding to prevent stray electronic signals with subsequent specialist top coats to provide corrosion, temperature and shock resistance.
