Pressure Testing

Surface Technology offer pressure testing as part of our Impregnation and leak detection services. We pride ourselves on being able to solve the porosity problems encountered by a wide range of customers within the manufacturing industry.

The extensive range of post impregnation services we offer has been progressively expanded and we continue to grow our facilities to allow the introduction of new pressure tests to identify leaks after impregnation.

Pressure testing can be undertaken prior to impregnation to identify leaks and also after impregnation to confirm successful sealing.

Here at Surface Technology we have the ability to pressure test cylinder heads and blocks up to a maximum size of 48" long.
